Fabio Girelli – Project Management
Fabio was born in Verona. He deals with consulting and promotion for wine & food and counselling services dedicated to HoReCa channer. The experience gained in Restaurant Management and in the world of wine allows him to sucessfully develop wine experience, food experience and hospitality projects.
His strengths lie in the training of restaurants staff, drawing up of wine lists in collaboration with the kitchen staff, cost analysis, event organization, wine tastings, wineries hospitality management and projects. He also operates as a Professional Sommelier (AIS graduate).
Emanuela Baruffaldi – Creativity & Web Design
Born in Arco in the province of Trento, after her artistic studies she specialized in design, graphics and web. Her experience grew and developed working for both communication agencies and private companies, in various business sectors.
In our team Emanuela is the creative mind with a strategic role as well. She deals with online and off-line graphics, coordination and study of corporate image , advertising and web / SEO.
Silvia Rama was born in Verona, in one of the most important provinces for wine in Italy. After a degree in Economics and a master’s degree in communication and risk management, she has worked for 10 years in Marketing, Communication and Public Relations for large multinational companies. AIS sommelier. In 2011 she attended the Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux.
With the intention to offer services required by companies, having experienced first hand their needs, she established Di-Vinum in 2009 and sought out a team of professionals that work above all with reliability, professionalism, creativity and positivity in order to provide marketing and communication services to support the marketing of Italian production excellence in our country and abroad, in particular, the food and wine sector.
